I lost my account

    Hello people of the internet!

    So I broke my phone with forgetting to save my Plunder Pirates account to Game Center, and I got a new phone now. How do i get my account back if it isn't saved to Game Center and I cannot get a link code?

    Please help.

    If it was in a guild, they may be able to track it down. Not sure without Game Center though.

    I joined a random guild, so I don't remember the name... all I know is it was in japanese

    Send an in-game support ticket to Midoki (from your new phone) providing as much info as you can:
    Unique game ID, pirate name, current guild name, approx date created, approx date last accessed
    Also (if applicable):
    amount of gems purchased, previous pirate name(s), previous guild(s)

Unfortunately we only speak English on the forum (although we allow non-English posts on the recruitment section), so if you have an issue or question that needs addressing, you'll need to either post in English here, or send an in-game support ticket via the Log > Settings > Help > Support.
