Plunder Pirates is available on any device that uses iOS 7. That includes iPad 2 and later, iPhone 4 and later, and iPod 5th generation Can I reset/restart my game? Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. We are investigating a system where it could be introduced in the future, but as of now, there is no way to wipe the current game and start a new game in Plunder Pirates. Does my game data transfer between Apple devices? Aye, Cap’n! Plunder Pirates game data is saved to your Game Center account. As long as you are signed into the same Game Center account on all of your devices, your game progress will transfer. I have two Apple devices with two different games on them. How can I get the same game on both devices? Your Plunder Pirates progress will be saved to whichever Game Center account you are signed into on the particular device you are using. If you are signed into different Game Center accounts on each device, or if you are not signed into Game Center on one or both of the devices, there will be different saved games for Plunder Pirates on each device. Find the option below that applies to your situation to find out what can be done. If you are signed into Game Center on both devices but with different accounts: Determine which device contains the saved game you would like to keep. Check device Settings > Game Center for which Game Center account you are signed into on that device. Sign into the same Game Center account on the second device. If you are not signed into Game Center on either device: Determine which device contains the saved game you would like to keep. Sign into Game center on that device. Launch Plunder Pirates. Sign into Game Center on the second device. If you are signed into Game Center on the device containing the desired saved game, but not the second device: Sign into Game Center on the second device. Launch Plunder Pirates. Sign into same Game Center account on the second device. If you are not signed into Game Center on the device with the desired saved game, but you are signed in on the second device: If you have played Plunder Pirates on the second device, there will already be a saved game under the Game Center account that, unfortunately, cannot be overwritten. However, you will be asked if you would like to load the island from your Game Center account when launching Plunder Pirates. If you cancel this, you will still be able to play using the desired game save. This data will be saved locally on that device, and will not be able to be synced to another device. I started played on an Apple device and want to continue the game on an Android device. Is that possible? Yes. Whilst in game, go to Log>Settings and you will see the 'Device' button. By tapping on this you be taken to the Device Linking screen where you can generate a code and then input it on another device to share your current game state. Make sure you have access to both devices before using this system. Using this method you can also transfer the game state from iOS to iOS, Android to Android and Android to iOS should you wish to. How can I get more gems? Gems can be purchased in the Market under Treasure. You can also earn gems by completing quests and exploring the map. Tap the envelope in the top right of the island screen to see what quests are available. Why is Plunder Pirates asking for my age? In compliance with COPPA in the USA, it is necessary to limit some game content for those under the age of 13. This means that those under the age of 13 will not have access to certain guild features including guild chat. I accidentally entered an incorrect date of birth, and now I can’t play! What now? There is a waiting period of two days between requests for your date of birth info. If you have entered the incorrect information, you may try again in two days, entering the information correctly. Once your date of birth is entered correctly, you will regain access to any features that may have been restricted. My Question is not answered anywhere in the FAQ. What now? Automatic Ban Not following any of the below guidelines will result in an automatic ban for that player from the game, something that cannot be reversed later, so please read, digest and take on-board. The player agrees to not: ·Use any bots, cheats or mods and/or to hack the game to gain an advantage. ·Use any automated or third party software that can modify or hamper the Plunder Pirates game. ·Deliberately attempt to disrupt or aid in the disruption of the online service offered by Plunder Pirates by overburdening the server. ·Use a third party source for purchasing the in game currency (gems). ·Instigate or assist in any sort of attack on the game Plunder Pirates that would result in a reduced service for others. ·Attempt to gain access to the registered accounts of other players by modifying or attempting to circumvent the security checks already in place in Plunder Pirates. ·Reverse engineer, deconstruct or otherwise interfere with the code base of Plunder Pirates. The gems in the Market are SOLD OUT! How do I fix it? We’re working on sorting this out permanently, but in the meantime, there is a temporary fix that will get the Market back in shipshape! Just follow the steps below: Close Plunder Pirates (double tap the home button and swipe the Plunder Pirates preview upward). Open device settings and go to General. Disable Restrictions (tap Restrictions, and then tap Disable Restrictions). Turn off your device and keep it off for at least 10 seconds before starting it again. Open Plunder Pirates.
